Data Deletion Instructions

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from SociePRO AI, you can do so by following the steps below. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Option 1: Delete Your Account via Settings

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app:

  1. Log in to your SociePRO AI account
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll to the Account section
  4. Click Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including:

  • Your profile information
  • Saved posts and content created with PostPRO
  • Scheduled posts from SchedulePRO and ClickPRO
  • Connected social media account tokens
  • User preferences and settings
  • ContentSyncPRO library data

Option 2: Email Request

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to submit a request via email, please send your data deletion request to:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • The email address associated with your SociePRO AI account
  • Any additional information to help us locate your account

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. Please note that some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Facebook / Meta Login Users

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook (Meta), you can also manage your data through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings
  3. Select Apps and Websites
  4. Find SociePRO AI and click Remove
  5. Check the box to delete all data SociePRO AI received about you

Removing the app from Facebook will revoke our access to your Facebook data. To fully delete your SociePRO AI account and all associated data, please also follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.
