SociePRO AI is an AI-powered social media content creation and scheduling platform that helps users generate, manage, and publish content across various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads. The Service includes features such as PostPRO (AI content generation), TrendsPRO (trending topics), ContentSyncPRO (content library), SchedulePRO (post scheduling), InsightPRO (performance analytics), and ClickPRO (one-click year-long marketing).

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register:

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you create, upload, and publish through the Service
  • Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
  • Any consequences of publishing content to connected social media accounts

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
  • Create, share, request, or promote any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. SociePRO AI has zero tolerance for CSAE; see our Child Safety Standards.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media networks. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms. You are responsible for complying with all applicable terms when using connected accounts.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation through features like PostPRO and TrendsPRO. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may require review and editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific needs.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SociePRO AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without explicit permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIEPRO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
