Child Safety Standards
SociePRO AI has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to everyone who uses SociePRO AI, on the web at sociepro.ai and in the SociePRO AI app on Google Play.
1. What is prohibited
Using SociePRO AI to create, upload, store, schedule, publish, share, request or promote any of the following is strictly prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form, including drawn, animated or AI-generated content.
- Any content that sexualizes minors (anyone under 18), including sexualized descriptions, images or comments about a minor.
- Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to contact, solicit or manipulate a minor for sexual purposes.
- Content that promotes, normalizes or facilitates child sexual abuse, exploitation or trafficking, or that links to such content.
- Using our AI tools to generate any of the above, or attempting to get around our safeguards to do so.
SociePRO AI is built for business owners and professionals and is not intended for children under 13.
2. How to report a concern
If you see content or behavior on SociePRO AI that may involve the abuse or exploitation of a child, report it to our child safety contact:
Child safety contact: Ken Street, SociePro LLC
Email: customerlove@sociepro.ai (subject line "Child safety report")
Signed-in users can also tap Report a concern at the bottom of the menu inside SociePRO AI, which opens an email to the same contact. Include any link, account name or screenshot that helps us find the content, but do not download, copy or send us images of child sexual abuse. Describing where it is is enough.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first. In the United States you can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
3. How we respond
- We review child safety reports as our highest priority.
- We remove violating content and disable any scheduled posts that contain it.
- We permanently terminate accounts that create, share or request CSAE content.
- We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and we cooperate with law enforcement, preserving relevant information as the law requires.
4. Compliance with the law
SociePro LLC complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including laws on the reporting of child sexual abuse material. These standards are part of our Terms of Service and work alongside our Privacy Policy.
